On 2/23/18 the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office arrested Kelcie Jo Marlow (24) of Hartley on valid Palo Alto County Arrest Warrants for Possession of a Controlled Substance, a Serious Misdemeanor and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a Simple Misdemeanor. Following her arrest, Marlow was unable to post the total combined $1850.00 cash only bond and was placed in jail to await her initial appearance before a judge.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
