On Wednesday, February 21, 2018, at 7:51 p.m., the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office arrested Jesse Colhour (21), of Emmetsburg, on a valid Palo Alto County warrant. The warrant stems from a conviction of possession of drug paraphernalia, which is a simple misdemeanor, and orders Colhour to serve a 10 day mittimus sentence. Colhour was transported, without incident, to the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office and booked in to serve his 10 day sentence.
