On 02/15/2018 at 11:46 a.m. the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office arrested William Colby Irwin, 49, of Fort Dodge on a valid Palo Alto County warrant for Leaving the Scene of a Personal Injury Accident, serious misdemeanor. Irwin was able to post the $1,500.00 cash only bond and was released on a promise to appear in court at a later date.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
