On 1-31-2018 at 1:55 p.m., the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office arrested 44 year old Jayson A Wiley at 402 Grand in Emmetsburg. Wiley was wanted on a Palo Alto County warant for a violation of a no contact order. Wiley was subsequently jailed as the warrant was issued as a No Bond warrant.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
