At 4:02 p.m. on January 30, 2018, the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office arrested Shania Lynn Storey (21) of Ruthven, Iowa on a valid Palo Alto County Warrant for violation of probation. Storey was able to post the $1,500 bond released on her promise to appear at a later date.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
