On 1/5/2018 at 0209 a.m., the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office arrested Billie Jo Nino, age 41 of Havelock, on a valid warrant out of Pocahontas County. Nino’s warrant was for Theft 4th Degree with a bond of $5000.00 cash or surety. Nino was arrested in the 4900 Block of 460th Avenue and transferred to the custody of the Pocahontas Sheriff’s Office.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
