On 1/3/2018 at 2230 hrs, the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office arrested Larry Erwin Kelley Jr, age of 48 of Curlew, on a valid Palo Alto County Mittimus. The mittimus was issued from a conviction of OWI 1st Offense. Kelley Jr. was arrested in the 100 block of Fourth Street in Curlew and transported to the Palo Alto County Jail to serve the remaining term of his sentence.
