On 12/10/17 at 8:25am, the Palo County Sheriff’s Office arrested Bradley J. Dahl, of Rolfe, Ia on a valid Palo Alto County arrest warrant for Contempt of Court, (Original Charge-Driving While Suspended). Dahl was unable to post the 500.00 cash, bond and was jailed.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
