On Thursday, December 7th, 2017 at 9:48 p.m. the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office arrested Santi Keoninh (38) of Ruthven, Ia on a valid Palo Alto County arrest warrant for contempt of court, original charge of OWI 1st Offense. Keoninh was unable to post the $1500 cash only bond and was subsequently booked into the Palo Alto County jail where he awaits his initial appearance before the judge.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
