On Thursday, November 30, 2017, the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office arrested Mary Enderton (58) of Graettinger, Ia on a valid Palo Alto County Warrant stemming from a Violation of Probation Terms. Mary Enderton was unable to post the $5000 cash-only bond and was subsequently transported and booked into the Palo Alto County Jail where she await her intial appearance before the judge.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
