On Wednesday February 22, 2017 at 8:14 pm, the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office arrested Justin Lee Snavely of Laurens on a valid Palo Alto County Warrant for 2 counts of identity theft under $1000.
Snavely was transported without incident to the Palo Alto County Jail where he was unable to post the $6500 cash only bond. Snavely was placed in jail to await his appearance before the magistrate.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
