On 7/23/2018 at 10:19 p.m., the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office investigated a violation of a protective order at 201 W. Lost Island St in Graettinger. Following the investigation, the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office arrested Matthew Ronald McGrauth (22) of Graettinger, for violation of a protective order, a simple misdemeanor. McGrauth was transported without incident to the Palo Alto County Jail and held until his initial appearance before a judge.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
