On July 6, 2019 at 10:45am, the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office investigated a two vehicle accident in the 2000-blk of Mitchell St, in Ruthven. A 2015 Chrysler Town & Country van, driven by Jennifer J. Cacek of Ruthven, was backing from her driveway at 2002 Mitchell St and collided with a 2018 Chevy Colorado which was parked and owned by Jeriene G. Sleper of Ruthven.
No injuries were reported at scene and damage to both vehicle was approximately $3000.00
