On Thursday, December 10, 2015, at 9:37 a.m., the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office received a call in reference to someone trespassing at 4310 350th Street. During the investigation, the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office was advised a subject enterred the sometime after midnight on December 10, 2015 and spread mud throughout the first floor of the residence. Following an investigation into the incident, the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office arrested Dylan Richards, 18, of Galva, Ia, on a charge of trespassing, a simple misdemeanor. Richards was issued a citation and given a court date to appear before a magistrate.
