On May 16th, 2018, the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office transported Blake Gibson (21), of Emmetsburg, to the Residential Treatment Facility in Sioux City, Iowa. Gibson was found to have violated terms of his probation and was sentenced to the RTF for successful completion.
