On 11-8-2018, Duane H Poage was delivered to the custody of the Iowa Medical Classification Facility. Poage received an indeterminate prison term not to exceed 5 year. This prison term was ordered after his probation was revoked on an original charge of Gathering Where Controlled Substance(Methamphetamine) Was Used, a class “D” Felony. These charges were filed after a serach warrant was executed at his residence in Ruthven, Ia., by the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office.
