On 10/26/18 the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office delivered Nathaniel Robert Mefferd (33) of Ruthven, to the Iowa Medical Classification Facility. Mefferd received three 5 year prison terms on 3 counts of 3rd Degree Burglary and a 5 year prison term for Conspiracy to Commit a Non Forcible Felony, with all sentences to be served concurrently.
