On 10/24/18 the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office delivered Ryan Elliot Clark (39) of Fairmont, Minnesota, to the custody of the Iowa Medical Classification Center Facility. Clark received a 10 year prison term for Class C Felony Willful Injury, a 5 year prison term for Class D Felony Willful Injury, and a 2 year prison term for Child Endangerment with the sentences to be run concurrently.
