On 10-24-18 the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office delivered Keith Dale McGrauth (44) of Graettinger to the custody of the Iowa Medical Classification Facility. McGrauth received a 10 year prison term for 3rd Degree Sexual Abuse and a 5 year prison term for Perjury with the sentences to run Consecutively.
