On 10/17/18 the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office delivered Blake Michael Gibson (21) of Emmetsburg, to the custody of the Iowa Medical Classification Facility. Gibson received a 2 year indeterminate prison term for Failure to Comply with a Sex Offender Registry Requirement and a 5 year indeterminate prison term for 3rd Degree Burglary, with the sentences to be run concurrently. The prison terms were handed down after Gibson’s probation was revoked for leaving the Regional Training Facility in Sioux City without court approval.
