On 2-14-2019 at 10:30 a.m., the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office transferred Christopher J Smith, Emmetsburg, to the custody of the Director of the Iowa Medical and Classification Center. Smith received an indeterminate term of incarceration in prison not to exceed 10 years for a conviction of Possession of Methampheteamine, less than 5 grams, with the Intent to Deliver, Class C Felony.
