On January 5, 2019 at 9:06 am, the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office investigated a one vehicle accident in the 3800-blk 450 Ave. A Ford Taurus driven by Elim C. Nickelson of Havelock was traversing a curve and lost control on a frost spot and entered a steep ditch causing $5000.00 in damage to the Ford.
