On 01/28/2018 at 7:22 a.m. the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a one vehicle accident in the 4000 block of 460th Avenue. Upon investigation it was determined that a 2005 Chevy Trailblazer owned and driver by Tina Marie Allen of Rolfe was traveling north on 460th Avenue when she lost control of the vehicle on the snow covered roadway. The Trailblazer entered the east ditch striking a fence post. The Trailblazer continued through the ditch striking a fence before coming to rest in a field. Damage to the Trailblazer is estimated at $1,600.00. No injuries were reported on scene. Allen was issued a citation for Failure to Maintain Control.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
