On 5-9-2018 the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office transported Alexander DeFord, 20 of Emmetsburg, to the Residential Treatment Facility in Sioux City, Ia. DeFord was found to have violated terms of his probation and was sentenced to the RTF for successful completion.
