On 9/3/2018 at 10:46 p.m. , the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office received a report of party that was occurring in the 3300 block of 430th Avenue. As a result of the investigation, the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office located an underage party at 3325 430th Avenue. From the investigation, the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office cited and released the following individuals for Possessing alcohol under legal age:

Patrick John Thies, age 19 of Algona, IA
Wyatt Lester Tuttle, age 19 of Aurelia, IA
Calvin Lee Kruse, age 18 of Burt, IA
Nicholas James Mergen, age 19 of Algona, IA
Cory Pau Mathahs, age 20 of Thompson, IA
Dreysen Everett Lindgren, age 19 of Kingsley, IA
Logan James Nelson, age 18 of Emmetsburg, IA
Boden James Penniman, age 18 of Sac City, IA
Alyssa Rene Berhow, age 19 of Belmond, IA
The Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Iowa State Patrol.
