On 08/16/2022 at 9:07 PM, the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office arrested Jayson Allen Wiley, (49) of Emmetsburg, on a valid Palo Alto County Arrest Warrant for Bestiality and Child Endangerment, both Aggravated Misdemeanors. Wiley was unable to post the $6,500.00 cash only bond and was placed in jail to await his initial appearance before a judge.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
