On 8/20/22 at 8:37 AM, the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office arrested Kevin R Rodgriguez Ocotlan, age 21 of Estherville, on a valid Palo Alto County arrest warrant for Failure to Appear on a Driving While License Suspended or Revoked charge. Following his arrest, Ocotlan was seen by a magistrate and released to appear in court at a later date.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
