On 9/5/2021 at 5:48 p.m., the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop in the 4100 block of 460th Avenue. As a result of the traffic stop and subsequent investigation, the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office arrested, Koby Michael Becker, age 23 of Humboldt, on the charges of Operating while Intoxicated-1st Offense, a serious misdemeanor and speeding, a simple misdemeanor. Becker was transported to the Palo Alto County Jail and held until his initial appearance before a magistrate judge.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
