On 11/2/2018 at 8:15 p.m., The Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office arrested Brian David Wickman, age 20 of Emmetsburg, on the charges of Operating While Intoxicated-1st Offense and Fail to Maintain Control. Wickman’s charges stem from an accident investigation which occurred on October 21, 2018 by the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office. Wickman was booked into the Palo Alto County Jail and held until his initial appearance before a magistrate judge.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
