On Wednesday, March 21, 2018, at 4:30 p.m., the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office served a mittimus on Michael Menard Jr. (36), of Spencer. The mittimus orders Menard Jr. to serve a 365 day jail sentence with credit for time served in connection with his probation being revoked. Menard was serving time in the Palo Alto County Jail at the time the mittimus was served.
