On April 21, 2020 at 8:40 p.m., the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office charged Kimberly Moser (54) of Emmetsburg for interference with official acts causing bodily injury, a serious misdemeanor. The charge stemmed from an incident that happened on April 8, 2020 at 206 Jefferson Street in Cylinder, IA. Moser was given a court date to appear on the charge.
