On 03/03/2016 at 1:45 p.m. the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office William Allen Murray, 60, of Emmetsburg on a valid Palo Alto County warrant for Violation of Probation on the original charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance, a Class “D” Felony and OWI 2nd offense, an aggravated misdemeanor. Murray was unable to post $10,000.00 cash/ surety bond. Murray was in the Palo Alto County Jail at the time of his arrested on unrelated charges.
