On 9/24/21 at 9:16 AM, the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office was called to 403 Main Street in Cylinder to investigate a possible dispute. Following an investigation, the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office arrested Miguel Ronald Sanculi (40) of Cylinder, on charges of Possession of Methamphetamine with the Intent to Deliver, a Class B Felony. Following his arrest, Sanculi was placed in jail to await his initial appearance before a judge.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
