On Wednesday, March 17, 2021, at 08:08, the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop on a 2006 Infiniti G35, driven by Jaiden Kramer (18) of West Bend. During the traffic stop, Kramer was found to be in possession of marijuana wax and a marijuana smoking device. Following the traffic stop, Kramer was issued citations for possession of marijuana 1st offense = serious misdemeanor, possession of drug paraphernalia = simple misdemeanor, and speeding = simple misdemeanor. Kramer was given a court date at a later time to appear before a magistrate to answer for the drug related charges.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
