On Tuesday December 26, 2017 at 8:43 pm, the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop in the 4800 Block of 460th Avenue. During the traffic stop, Linda Lou Carlson, age 39, of Buffalo Center was discovered to have a suspended drivers license. Following the traffic stop, Carlson was issued a citation for driving while suspended, which is a simple misdemeanor. Carlson was given a court date to appear at a later date.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
