On September 15, 2022 at 8:29 PM, the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop in the 2900 block of 370th Avenue. Following an investigation, the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office cited Autume Lynn Haar (38) of Estherville, for Driving While License Suspened-a Simple Misdemeanor, and Failure to Provide Proof of Financial Liability-a Simple Misdemeanor. Harr was given a court date to appear at a later date.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
