On 07/13/2019 at 1:13 a.m., the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop in the 4800 block of 420th Ave. for a defective taillight. The vehicle was identified as a black 2004 Chevy Aveo, and was being operated by Raymond Milligan (35) of Rolfe, Iowa. Upon the investigation it was determined that Raymond was operating the vehicle with a suspended Iowa driver’s license. Raymond was cited and released for driving while suspended.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty inh a court of law.
