Following a traffic stop at the corner of South 1st Street and Wilson Street in Mallard on 4/13/18, the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office arrested Larry Erwin Kelley Jr. (48) of Curlew on charges of Driving While Revoked, a Serious Misdemeanor and Driving While Suspended, a Simple Misdemeanor. Following his arrest, Kelley was placed in jail to await his initial appearance before a judge.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
