On Tuesday, November 29, 2016, at 01:50 a.m., the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office initiatied a traffic stop in the 3500 block of 320th Street on a 2005 Toyota Camry driven by Gage Puterbaugh (23) of Ruthven. During the traffic stop, Puterbaugh was arrested for driving while revoked= serious misdemeanor. Puterbaugh was transported, without incident, to the Palo Alto County Jail and booked in to await his initial appearance before a magistrate.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
