Following an investigation into a traffic stop on 01/17/2018 at 12:13 p.m., the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office arrested Wendy Lea Rosenwinkel ( 48) of Mallard for Driving while Revoked, a serious misdemeanor. Rosenwinkel was also issued a citation for Fraudulent use of Registration, a simple misdemeanor. Rosenwinkel was transported to the Palo Alto County Jail, without incident, where she was booked in to await her initial appearance before the magistrate.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
