On 7/4/2017 at 4:20 p.m., The Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop in the 4600 block of 460th Avenue. As a result of the investigation, The Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office cited and released John Chester Price, age 46 of Rolfe, on the charges of driving privileges being suspended in the State of Iowa. Price was released on the non-scheduled violation and given a court date of 8/23/2017.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
