On 5/25/2018 at 0538 hrs, the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop in the 4500 block of 460th Avenue. Upon an investigation into the traffic stop, the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office cited Roberto Ventura Campuzano, age 28 of Algona, on the charges of driving while license suspended, a misdemeanor charge.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
