On 07/08/2019 at 8:54 p.m., the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office received a complaint of a physical disturbance occuring in the 4400 block of 420th Ave, Curlew, Iowa. The reporting party stated a male and female subject were involved in a physical altercation and another female subject was standing in the roadway. Following the investigation the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office arrested Danielle Flannegan for domestic abuse=simple misdeamanor. Danielle was transported to the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office and booked in to await her initial appearance before a magistrate.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
