At 9:25 p.m. on January 22, 2019, the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to 909 Inman Street in Mallard, IA. to investigate an domestic assault. As a result of the investigation, Kelsy Miller (26) of Mallard was charged with domestic abuse assault 1st offense, a simple misdemeanor. Miller was transported to the Palo Alto County Jail where she was held until an initial appearance in front of a judge.
