On 08/26/2018 at 10:11 a.m. the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office was called to investigate a domestic assault incident that had occurred on 08/25/2018 at 505 W Patterson Street in Graettinger. Following an investigation into the incident the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office arrested Frank Andrew Davis Sr., 32, of Graettinger charging him with Simple Domestic Abuse Assault, a simple misdemeanor. Davis was transported, without incident, to the Palo Alto County Jail were he was booked in to await his initial appearance before a magistrate.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
