On 11/04/2020 at 1: 21 P.M. the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office was called to the 3800 block of 340th St., Ruthven, Iowa for a welfare check. Upon completion of an investigation Johnny Bandomo (35) of Ruthven, was placed under arrest and charged with domestic abuse assault a D Felony. Johnny was transported to the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office and booked in to await his initial appearance.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
