On April 16, 2020, at 9:19 p.m., the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 call from 4606 380th Street near Emmetsburg of a domestic disturbance. As a result of the investigation, the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office arrested Rachel Bleuer – Stockwell (36) of Emmetsburg for domestic abuse 1st offense, a simple misdemeanor. Bleuer – Stockwell was transported to the Palo Alto County Jail where she awaits an initial appearance in front of a judge.
Assisting the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office at the scene was the Emmetsburg Police Department.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
