On 9/12/22 at 6:19 AM, the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office was called to the 400 block of South Washington Street in Graettinger, for a report of 2 dogs running at large. Following an investigation into the incident, the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office cited Justin Richard Johnson (31) of Graettinger, for allowing the dogs to run at large, a Simple Misdemeanor.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
