On 1/22/2021 at 5:21 p.m., the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office investigated a report of a disturbance which occurred in the 1100 block of Burns St in Ayrshire. As a result of the investigation, the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office cited and released Cameron Terry Brown, age 21 of Ayrshire, on the charges of Disorderly Conduct, a simple misdemeanor. Brown was provided a court date of 2/27/2021 to appear on the charge.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven
