Disorderly Conduct, Public Intoxication Arrest

On Tuesday, August 25, 2020, at 01:04 am, the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office responded to an intoxicated male inside of Energy Panel Services, refusing to leave after being notified by employees and causing a disturbance. Following an investigation into the complaint, the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office arrested Jordan Kajewski (33) of Emmetsburg, charging him with public intoxication, disorderly conduct, trespassing, and interference with official acts, which are all simple misdemeanors. The Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office was assisted at the scene by the Emmet County Sheriff’s Office.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
